Shipping policy

We offer you free EMS express shipping within China when your total order exceeds 800RMB. For orders under 800RMB, there will be a shipping and handling charge of 50RMB.

For shipping to countries other than China,we offer you free UPS International shipping when your total order exceeds $200. For orders under $200, we will charge $20 shipping and handling fees.

We reserve the right to refuse orders from a number of countries due to high rates of credit card fraud.

The International shipping rate does not include customs duties. You are responsible for paying customs duties to your country.

For all jewelry orders, please allow a minimum of 7 business days before inquiring about the status of the order.

We will send you an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a UPS(or EMS) tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you.
